Yoga and Meditation

Meditation and Yoga have been included in my personal practices for almost 20 years and have been constants in an ever-changing life. These daily rituals ground me and bring peace to my soul and spirit. They help me to navigate the world with perspective and calm, and they are gentle tethers to my authentic self.

I completed my yoga teacher training in 2016 and really enjoy bringing this practice of mindful, functional movement into the healing work of therapy. Typically, the style of yoga I practice with clients is restorative or gentle hatha.  

 

While these tools may not be useful to everyone, if you are curious and would like to discuss bringing these pieces into our sessions together, please let me know.
