"Be proud of your scars. They have everything to do with your strength and what you've endured. They're a treasure map to the deep self."
Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Hello, I’m Jenni.

I am a Counsellor, Wellness Consultant and Yoga Instructor. I reside on the unceded territories of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™y̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and SelÌ“ílÌ“witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, commonly known as Vancouver, British Columbia.

At Wren's Well and through the therapeutic process, I strive to be an unwavering support as individuals traverse life's trials and changes. I work with clients to learn, heal and reconnect with their authentic selves. To foster personal insight, accountability, and chart a course toward the health and fulfillment they seek.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from a blend of somatic therapy, parts work, inner child exploration, and narrative practices to support clients in understanding their experiences, reconnecting with their bodies, and reclaiming their stories. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, grounding, and gently transformative—where you can access the inner wisdom and resilience that’s always been within you.

My own healing journey began after a childhood marked by instability and disconnection. For many years, I lived a life that looked good on the outside but didn’t reflect who I truly was. In my late 30s, after many years struggling with infertility, anxiety and depression, I made the incredibley difficult decision to leave my marriage, as well as the home we had created together.
Through therapy and education, I delved into my internal landscape and worked to heal past traumas as I discovered the supports and tools that truly resonated with me. Ultimately, I transitioned from a successful career in the corporate world and follow a path rooted in purpose, alignment, and service. This personal journey deeply informs how I hold space—with empathy, curiosity, and care.

Outside of my work, I’m devoted to well-being and the practices that sustain me—traveling with my partner, spending time in nature, tending to my garden, reading, and sharing life with my dog and cat. I believe that healing is not only possible, but that it can be a deeply creative and empowering process. You don’t have to do it alone.

About the name

Wren
The wren is a small bird, with qualities of endurance, optimism, and change. It is a symbol of hidden truths, wisdom and adaptability. It assists in navigating emotional wounds and finding pathways to self healing. Some believe that a wren's song is a message for the future.

Well
A well often symbolizes life-giving sustenance, community, and spiritual nourishment, representing access to deeper knowledge, healing, and also representing water which is vital for life. In many cultures, wells are considered sacred places for gathering and ritual practices, with stories often depicting them as gateways to the unconscious mind.

At Wren's Well, imagine a small wren perched on the edge of a well. It is encouraging you to seek your own reflection below, and to embrace the strength and the agency you have within your life. In this place of safety and connection is where the healing can begin.
